Corini
In 2019 the company acquired a property of approximately 4 hectares in the municipality of Roddino, bordering Monforte d’Alba, with approximately 4 hectares of vineyards planted in 2018. The land is located in Alta Langa, at the top of the hill overlooking the Barolo area, of which they are the natural continuation. The varieties planted are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The vineyards are located at a height between 530 and 580 meters above sea level and are characterized by marly and very calcareous soils which ensure a slow and gradual maturation of the vines.
With this acquisition, our family thus kicks off the “Alta Langa project”: the goal is to soon vinify our first Classic Method, precisely, the Alta Langa.
