Tasting Notes
It is of a straw-yellow colour with subtle green hues. On the nose, from the broad spectrum of the variety, hints of pineapple merge with traces of delicate jasmine and finish with the more acidic notes of grapefruit. The mouthfeel is full and robust almost oily with a persistent finish. Suggested serving temperature: 9-10° C.
